Ingredients For Healthy Modak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, get ready all the ingredients, as flours, here I use oats flour by grinding rolled oats in mixer grinder. Chopped nuts, prepare secret masala by grinding all the ingredients as given.
  • 2. Now take a big pan (kadhai). Use heavy bottom pan. Add Ghee, heat it, now add Ragi flour, roast for 1min on low flame, add oats flour. On the another side place a pan and cook jaggery by adding 2 tbsp water, or until it completely melt . Now being roasting add Ghee little by little.
  • 3. Now after roasting it for 3-4 min, a fine aroma comes and spread all over the house of cooked flour, add chopped nuts, seeds and again roast for 1 min.now add jaggery syrup mix well and off the flame and add secret masala. Mix well altogether very well and let keep for 2 min to cool down.
  • 4. Now after cool down for while, take Modak mould and prepare all the Modak very carefully and place in a plate. It can be stored for long and it is very healthy and delicious 😋.
