Ingredients For Horse gram( kulthi / kollu) kanji ( porridge) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Keep all ingredients ready on plate then first dry roast horse gram till it starts popping.
  • 2. Second dry roast poha third dry roast badam.
  • 3. When roasted will look like in the pic. Put it in mixy with salt and and make it a powder.
  • 4. Add oil ;curry leaves ; hing then add the powder roast it a bit then add water and mix without lumps then cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Cool then mix buttermilk and serve.
