Ingredients For Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put water to boil in the steamer.
  • 2. Take semolina in a bowl.
  • 3. Add curd, asafoetida and salt to it. Now add water and mic it well to make a smooth batter.
  • 4. Add eno in the batter and mix it properly.
  • 5. Grease the idli mould. Pour batter into each mould.
  • 6. Place the idli mould in the steamer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • 7. Remove the stand and let it cool. Unmould the idlis and serve hot with sambhar.
