1. Take a heavy bottom pan pour in the milk, custard powder and mix. Make sure there is no lump.
2. Now put it overheat and pour in the sugar.
3. Cook until it is thick.
4. Once done transfer it in a ramekin and let it come down to room temperature.
5. Then refrigerate it so that it sets.
6. Caramel : Take a heavy bottom pan pour in the sugar and let it caramelize.
7. Once done pour it over the creme brulee and let it crystallize.
8. Easy creme brulee is ready.
