  • 2. Deep fry the jalebis on a medium flame.
  • 3. Add cardamom powder and saffron in sugar syrup and heat it slightly.
  • 4. Dip the cooked jalebis in the sugar syrup.
  • 5. Garnish it with finely chopped pistachios and serve hot.
