Ingredients For Jawar Bhakari Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add both the flours and salt. Mix it. Gradually add water.
  • 2. Mix it well and make smooth dough. Grease your hand again knead it.
  • 3. Take small portion of the dough. Make a Roti.
  • 4. Heat tawa. Place roti. Cook it on medium heat. Then cook directly on flame.
  • 5. Jawar Roti/ bhakari is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
