Ingredients For Kaddu Ke Patte Ka Vada Orissa style Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut pumpkin leaves and stem into small pieces.
  • 2. Take a blending jar. Add raw rice (soaked in water for 15 minutes), garlic, cumin seeds, dry Red Chillies, turmeric powder and salt. Then blend it.
  • 3. After blend mix it (paste) properly with pumpkin leaves and stem.
  • 4. Heat mustard oil (2 tsp) in a pan. Add prepared mixture one by one on the pan with the help of spoon and give it round shape.
  • 5. Add mustard oil to the side of the vada. Cover and cook it in low flame until the base of vada/pancake turns light golden brown. After that flip it.
  • 6. Cover and cook other side also in low flame. Then ready to serve.
