3.
Add olive oil and using your hands rub the leaves generously with oil so the every leaf is coated well.

Add Salt, Chaat Masala and lemon juice and mix it well.

Can add red chilli powder if you want it spicy or smoked peppper powder.

Lay the leaves flat in a foil covered baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
7.
Take the chips out and turn the side and bake again for another 10-15 minutes.
8.
Keep checking to make sure the leaves don't turn black or burn.
9.
Once the leaves are baked and dry they will become super crispy. Take them out and leave them in a bowl till for a few minutes before transferring to an air tight container.
