Ingredients For Kale chips Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the Kale leaves well.
  • 2. Break them into smaller size in a big bowl.
  • 3. Add olive oil and using your hands rub the leaves generously with oil so the every leaf is coated well.
  • 4. Add Salt, Chaat Masala and lemon juice and mix it well.
  • 5. Can add red chilli powder if you want it spicy or smoked peppper powder.
  • 6. Lay the leaves flat in a foil covered baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  • 7. Take the chips out and turn the side and bake again for another 10-15 minutes.
  • 8. Keep checking to make sure the leaves don't turn black or burn.
  • 9. Once the leaves are baked and dry they will become super crispy. Take them out and leave them in a bowl till for a few minutes before transferring to an air tight container.
  • 10. Your kale chips are ready.
