Methods
  • 1. Take minced mutton in a bowl.
  • 2. Add chopped onions, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves in it.
  • 3. then add ginger garlic paste, salt pepper, garam masala and vinegar.
  • 4. Put in an egg, fresh bread crumbs and knead it well.
  • 5. Shape them into cutlets .
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 7. Deep fry till it turn to golden brown in colour.
  • 8. Serve with sliced onions and lemon.
