Ingredients For Kesar Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the rice add soak it for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom pan. Heat ghee. Add rice , Roast it on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Add boiled milk in it. Stir continuously. Cook it on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4. Add cardamom powder, 1/2 saffron milk and sugar. Mix it well. Cook until milk starts thicken and rice will cooked properly.
  • 5. Add almonds in it. Turn off the flame. Let it cool,
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowl. Add saffron milk over it.
