Ingredients For KESAR RASGULLA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a kadai, pour 1.5 lt milk boil add lemon juice turn off the stove
  • 2. Strain the chena, pour some water just remove the sour taste of lemon
  • 3. Let it strain 10 to 15 minutes
  • 4. Now crumbled the chena, add the 1/2 tea spoon corn flour
  • 5. Knead the chena for 10 to 15 minutes
  • 6. Take the little bit of the chena roll it make a ball shape
  • 7. Now take a kadai, pour 4 cup water and 2 cup of sugar
  • 8. Make a sugar syrup dissolve the sugar completely
  • 9. Now add kesar strands the chena balls let it cook on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes
  • 10. After cooking 5 minutes turn the Rasgulla balls other side
  • 11. Place the Rasgulla balls in to a cill water 5 to 10 minutes
  • 12. Now ready for serve hot hot Rasgulla with sugar syrup.
