Methods
  • 1. Boil potatoes, peel and mash
  • 2. Add buckwheat flour and mix with potatoes.
  • 3. Roast peanuts in pan and keep aside
  • 4. Roast pomegranate seeds on low flame. Now powder the peanuts, pomegranate and chillies
  • 5. Heat oil for cook. Shape small ball from hands .
  • 6. Drop the batter in hot oil and fry till pakoras are golden.
  • 7. Drain out and remove excess oil
  • 8. Now its ready to serve with chutney
