Methods
  • 1. In a kneading bowl mix maize flour/ makki ka atta, boiled and mashed potato,salt and curd.
  • 2. Make a soft dough.
  • 3. Don`t use water if necessary you can use curd.
  • 4. Divide the dough into balls.
  • 5. Place a plastic sheet over that place a ball of dough and then roll tightly, this will ensure that it does not break and steak.
  • 6. Grease a pan with little clarified butter/ghee and heat on a medium flame.
  • 7. Makki ki roti is ready to eat grease butter and serve with sarso da saag and jaggery.
