Ingredients For Kadi Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, take 3tspn curd, 1/4th cup gram flour, 1tspn each red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt & 4cup water.Mix it well & make a thin batter without any lump.Rest it for 10 minutes.
  • 2. For pakoda, take 1 chopped onion, green chilli, 1/2cup gram flour, semolina, red chilli powderrmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt & water.Make a thick mixture of it.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan & fry 1 tspn onion-gram flour mixture in medium heat.Fry it till crisp.
  • 4. Now heat 1tspn oil in a pan, add cloves, dry red chilli, green cardamom, cinnamon stick,cumin seeds & red chilli powder.Saute it for a while.
  • 5. Now add chopped onion & saute it till soft.
  • 6. Then add curd-gram flour mixture, salt,sugar, turmeric powder & cumin powder.Boil it for 10 yo 15 minutes.Stir it constantly to avoid burning.
  • 7.
  • 8. Now take a serving bowl.Pour the kadi first then put pakoda on it.
  • 9. For tadka, fry 2 dry red chilli, 1tspn cumin seeds, 1tspn each red chilli powder & turmeric powder in 1tspn hot oil & immediately put it on kadi.
  • 10. Serve it hot with rice or any Indian bread.
