Ingredients For Malabar Parotta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add Maida, water, salt and mix well and kneading for 10 minutes for a soft dough.
  • 2. Add oil and keep aside for 3 hours or more hour.s
  • 3. So it becomes very soft.
  • 4. After 3 hours or more make ball shape add little oil and keep for another 15 minutes.
  • 5. After 15 minutes spread some oil on clean table and work out the dough with hand and cut into strip and keep aside.
  • 6. Roll it and keep aside for another 10 minutes. After that cook the parotta by drizzling ghee both side while cooking and serve hot with any side dish.
