  • 1. In a glass jar, combine almond milk, honey and chia seeds. Whisk well. Rest it over night in the fridge until it becomes thick.Blend mango pulp,mango jam well and cook for 2 minutes on low heat stirring constantly.
  • 2. .cool mango mixture and keep in freeze to cool.
  • 3. in a glass, bowl or in a glass, layer both the mixtures over each other. Garnish with tutty fruity, glazed cherries,pudina leaves or dessicated coconut as your choice.
