Methods
  • 1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix it with melted butter.
  • 2. In a glass dish make a layer of the biscuit crumb , press it a bit and put it in the refrigerator to set for 30 mins.
  • 3. mean while see the instructions on the custard box and make the custard accorgingly
  • 4. Cover it with a plastic wrap to avoid any skin to form. place it in the refrigerator to cool and set for 1 hr
  • 5. as the custard sets, take glass dish with the crumb layer , add a thin layer of mango puree and then the chilled custard.
  • 6. garnish it with diced mangoes and mint leaves
