This is a indian dessert with a twist. Any indian sweet dish is incomplete without milkmaid , as it gives smooth texture n taste. Nestle milkmaid is best for any desserts.

First of all heat milk in a pan. Soak the rice, once soft, dry it n grind it to coarse powder.

Once milk gets boil. add rice powder, cook it well, then add 1 small bowl of milkmaid.

Phirni is ready, cool it, now add 1/2 bowl of mango puree and mix it well.

Mango phirni is ready. Have prepared the mango ice-cream, by adding icecream powder to milk. then add milk maid, churn it n freeze it for 4 to 5 hrs.

Soak the sabja seeds in water for 15 mins. Also boil the vermicelli into sugar syrup.

Now its time to assemble, take a jar. First put a layer of sabja seeds

Now add a layer of vermicelli, then put a layer of fresh mango scoops.
8.
Then add chilled mango fhirni layer, put a scoop of mango ice-cream.
9.
Add rose syrup, mango scoops and garnish it with sprinklers.
