Ingredients For Mango Sheera Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the pan with ghee in it add 1 bowl rava to it.
  • 2. Saute well,till it turns golden brown and add mango pulp and milk to it.
  • 3. Mix well cook it nicely for 2-3 minutes till it absorbs all the pulp nicely.
  • 4. Add sugar ¾ bowl sugar to it. Let it cook for 2 minutes and add elaichi and dry fruits mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Garnish it with fry fruits/mango cubes or anything you like.
  • 6. Super yummy unique mango sheera is ready to eat!
