Ingredients For Methi aloo ki sabzi/fenugreek leaves dry sabzi

Methods
  • 1. Cleans fenugreek leaves and wash well
  • 2. Peel and cut potato cubes
  • 3. In a kadai add oil,cumin seed splatter
  • 4. Add tomatoa and green chilly paste
  • 5. Saute for 2 min and add potato ,salt,turmeric and red chilly
  • 6. After 2 min add chopped fenugreek leaves and cover with lid mix well
  • 7. Cook for 10 minute at low flame or till potato cooked well
  • 8. add clarified butter and serve hot
