Ingredients For Methi paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a one cup of Curd,add paneer pieces,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,red chilli powder,oil ,garam masala powder & salt to taste.Mix well & marinate all.
  • 2. Marinate it for atleast 2 hours.Saute tomatoes & green chillies till it becamesoft.Cool & add 2 tbsps curd to mixer jar. Return mix to the pan.
  • 3. Add 2 tbsps of butter ,methi & stir it cook for 5 mins.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam Masalapowder & salt.When it is ready add Malai.
  • 4. Take marinate paneer pieces to the non stick pan.Add tomato & methi puree.Stir well & cook for 5 mins.
  • 5. Your methi paneer is ready to eat.Serve hot.
