Methods

How to make Milk powder barfi

1. Put the milk in a heavy bottom pan, keep stirring ,after a boil add sugar
2. After some time add milk powder and after it get thick add ghee and keep stirring it.
3. Cook it until dough like consistency
4. Put the mixture into greased tray and cut into barfi shape
5. Garnish it with chopped almonds and Serve it
