Methods
  • 1. Heat kadai, add ghee and dryfruits and fry . remove and keep aside.
  • 2. Add grated beetroot and fry for one minute.
  • 3. Add 1 cup water and cook them.
  • 4. Now add jaggery and little water. Jaggery melted and mix nicely.
  • 5. Add coconut milk and boil them. Add Cardamom powder and fried dry fruits. Switch off the flame.
  • 6. Serve hot or cold.
