Ingredients For Mirchi fry or jeera stuffed chilli fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add cumin seeds, dry roast it. Then, switch off the flame. Keep aside. Let's cool. Then take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder.
  • 2. After, take the green chillies, clean it well. Dry it in 15 minutes. Then, cut the green chillies in centre, remove seeds in it.
  • 3. Then, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, green chillies, fry it in both sides. Take it in a plate.
  • 4. Then, stuff it with cumin powder. Serve it with Dal rice, chapati, rotte. So tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️. Stored it in 2,3 days in refrigerator.
