Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy pan and boil milk on a low flame and make sure to stir in a interval of time.
  • 2. Let it reduce to 1/2 and add jaggery along with cardamom powder.
  • 3. Let the temperature fall to 45-50⁰ C.
  • 4. Add the curd starter in it and stir it well.
  • 5. Let it ferment for 20-25 hrs. and then serve it cold.
