Ingredients For Moringa Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a cooker put the onion,tomatoes,garlic and the moong dal. Add fresh black pepper and boil it up to 2 whistles.
  • 2. Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp ghee and add sliced garlic.
  • 3. Saute till the garlic turns golden.
  • 4. Add the drumstick leaves/moringa and drumstick and saute till 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 5. To this add the boiled ingredients. Use a strainer and strain the liquid to discard the skin.
  • 6. Once the liquid is strained,adjust the liquid consistency and add the chicken stock cube. Boil the soup for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot topped with a dollop of butter.This soup is a meal in itself .Do try it.
