Methods
  • 1. Put all flours in a bowl, add salt to it.
  • 2. Gradually add warm water and knead a soft dough in it. Cover it for a while and keep it on the side. Then apply some oil in the hands and knead it again.
  • 3. Keep the griddle hot. Take a portion from the dough and make the roti by wetting your hands slightly and patting them. If you do not make bread by hand, then apply a little dry flour and roll it.
  • 4. Carefully place the roti on the griddle. Cook it on both sides on medium heat.
  • 5. Delicious and nutritious bread is ready. Serve it with any curry vegetable or bharta, it looks very tasty.
