  • 1. Heat oil.Add star anise & stir for a minute on low medium flame.
  • 2. Add mushroom & cook on high heat for 5 mins.Add red chilli,soya sauce & pepper powder.
  • 3. Stir & add the cool rice & mix well.Add Corrianderleaves.Mix.
  • 4. Cover & let it cook on low heat for 5 mins.Your mushroom rice is ready to eat.
  • 5. Serve hot.
