Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 min.
  • 2. For Filling:- take a bowl, add chopped mushroom, cream, salt and pepper in it.
  • 3. Take puff pastry sheet, spread on table then cut it in round shape using cookie cutter.
  • 4. Using a small cutter, cut it out in round shape from center.
  • 5. Put round shape sheet on baking tray, now place cut sheet over it. Now fill it with mushroom filling.
  • 6. Put baking tray in oven and bake for 20 min at 200 degree C.
  • 7. Take out from oven and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
