1.
Method:In a non stick pan toss the dry fruits and dry roast them on medium flame.

Roast them well so that they are crunchy. Remove from the pan and keep them aside.

Then add a small teaspoon of ghee in the pan and roast a cup of oats in it.

Roasting it will change the color of the oats and also add some texture to it
5.
Remove the roasted oats from the pan and add chopped dates and 1/4 cup of jaggery to it.
6.
Blend coarsely all the ingredients in a mixer.
7.
Put the blended mixture on a plate and add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and start making small balls Roll all the coarsely blended ingredients into ladoos.
