Methods
  • 1. Method:In a non stick pan toss the dry fruits and dry roast them on medium flame.
  • 2. Roast them well so that they are crunchy. Remove from the pan and keep them aside.
  • 3. Then add a small teaspoon of ghee in the pan and roast a cup of oats in it.
  • 4. Roasting it will change the color of the oats and also add some texture to it
  • 5. Remove the roasted oats from the pan and add chopped dates and 1/4 cup of jaggery to it.
  • 6. Blend coarsely all the ingredients in a mixer.
  • 7. Put the blended mixture on a plate and add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and start making small balls Roll all the coarsely blended ingredients into ladoos.
