Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the oats.
  • 2. Take a sauce pan add milk and water. Boil it.
  • 3. Add roasted oats . Cook on medium heat till it becomes little thick .
  • 4. Add jaggery powder and almonds. Stir continuesly to dissolve it. Turn off the flame.
  • 5. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with chopped almonds and tutti fruti. Serve hot.
