Ingredients For Omeltte with Naagin Indian Hot Sauce topping Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 2 tbsp of Naagin Indian Hot Sauce, add finely chopped coriander and mint leaves , add cream add a pinch of pepper and salt to taste. mix it well and keep aside.
  • 2. Slice a tomatoe and plate it
  • 3. Dry saute sliced mushrooms in a non stick pan and plate them
  • 4. Melt a tsp of butter in a pan add the cut potatoes add salt and pepper. stir fry and plate them.
  • 5. In a non stick pan melt a tsp of butter and when it is hot whip up 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour them into the pan stirring slowly as it firms up and while it is soft and moderate plate it and finally spread the topping made in the first step on top of the eggs.
