  • 1. take a big onion and cut it horizontally and vertically.
  • 2. take a bowl and add cornflour maida red chili powder and salt
  • 3. Mix them well with the help of water and make a batter.
  • 4. now take the onion and dip it in the batter.
  • 5. heat some oil in pan on low flame and deep fry the onion until golden brown
  • 6. sprinkle some chaat masala and serve it with ketchup or white sauce
