Ingredients For Orange kheer recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan and boil milk. Once it is starts frothing Up add saffron to this.
  • 2. Let the milk boil , keep the flame , stir Continuesly. Once the milk has reduced to 3/4th switch off the flame.
  • 3. Add suger and mix well. Allow this to cool completely.
  • 4. Take out the skin of the Orange's and remove the seeds and the white part.
  • 5. We are going to use the flesh of and the juice. Once the milk is completely cooled , add the orange pieces and orange juice to it.
  • 6. Add chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve chilled .
