Ingredients For Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For marinating process of paneer tikka, add paneer in the thick curd.
  • 2. Add ginger garlic paste along with all spices. Add veggies like onion & capsicum.
  • 3. Now cover the bowl with lid and let it marinate for 1 hour. Grill them till paneer and vegetables gets char marks.
  • 4. For gravy, heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic chilly paste. Add chopped onions. Fry till its color changes to golden brown.
  • 5. Now add tomato puree along with turmeric powder, coriander masala, red chilli powder, kitchen king and mix well. Cook till oil gets separated.
  • 6. Lower the flame and add a little bit of cream along with kasuri methi.
  • 7. In case gravy does not look smooth, grind with a blender.
  • 8. Add salt to taste. Now add paneer tikka along with veggies like onions and capsicum.
  • 9. Stir again and add cream to it & serve hot.
