Keep pot on medium flame add milk get it boiled take out 1/2 cup milk from it. Let it cool.

After getting cooled add custard powder in the milk bowl and mix it well.

Add custard milk in boiling milk, Stir it and cook it till milk gets thick.

Let it get cool. Peel off papaya from outside. Take out seeds from it.
5.
Cut it into small pieces add into mixer jar add sugar. Grind it make paste of it.
6.
Add paste into milk and mix it well add chopped dryfruits and shift into a plastic container.
7.
Freeze it for 3 hours. Get out from freeze after 10 minutes again blend it in mixi jar again shift it into plastic container and freeze it for 5 hours.
8.
After 5 hours your papaya ice cream is ready to serve.
