Wash the potol, scrap the outer layer of potol, make a long slit in the middle using the back of a spoon, scoop out the inside flesh,

Once the potols are ready, in a pan, add water and boil, add the potols in them and keep boiling for 5-6 minutes,

Now for sugar syrup, add sugar and water. Let it boil, now add the potols into the sugar syrup, now potols will cook gently in this syrup, this will take another 10-12 minutes, now the potol coating will be sugary.

In a pan, add khoya and sugar and mix and cook for 5 minutes, add chopped almonds in it,

Now stuff khoya into the potols carefully. Garnish with some chopped almonds and cherry,
