Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven at 220°c.
  • 2. Cut the French loaf into 1 inch thick slices.
  • 3. Arrange these slices in baking tray, apply garlic oil on both side of loaf slices.
  • 4. Place 2 tbs pav bhaji on each slices, spread it well.
  • 5. Add grated mozzarella cheese on it and sprinkle mix herb on it.
  • 6. Place the trey in oven and bake it for 15 minutes at 220°c.
  • 7. Pav bhaji bruschetta is ready to serve.
