Ingredients For Hummus Papdi Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend chickpeas, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, salt, green chilly and lemon juice together until it gets smooth.
  • 2. Put the dip on the papdi and garnish it with chopped coriander, sev and pomegranate and serve.
  • 3. NOTE: If your hummus is too thick, add a little bit of the liquid from the chickpeas - about a teaspoon at time.
  • 4. Other wise to thin out hummus you can add little olive oil also.
  • 5. Tip: You can added different flavorings to the hummus: basil or red pepper or chopped onions, coriander and green chilies.
