Ingredients For PAV BHAJI FONDUE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. In a pan heat the left off pav bhaji mixture to a single boil. Add ¼ cup water to it or little more if you think its too thick.
  • 2. Add cheese slice and simmer for 10 minutes till cheese is totally melted and the bhaji has changed its colour to pale. Can add more cheese to your taste.
  • 3. Chop the buns into small cubes.
  • 4. In a broad pan heat butter and saute the cubed buns for few seconds.
  • 5. Serve immediately with prepared hot pav bhaji fondue.
