Pichkari Kulfi Wada Recipe

pichkari kulfi wada is frozen dessert with flavourd roses yrup and rose jam, set in ring moulds. It is denser and not light in texture. It is made by evaporating milk and sweetened with sugar. Delicious in taste and eye catching kulfi in look is my favorite recipe for summers.

Ingredients For Pichkari Kulfi Wada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the milk over medium heat until reduced to half. Add the saffron while it is boiling. Add sugar and boil for another 5minutes. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Add cardamom and nuts. Cool to room temperature. Fill the kulfi mixture into ring shaped kulfi moulds. Cover and Freeze until set. when set ,Demould .
  • 3. To serve- Garnish the kulfi with silvered almonds, pistachios, gulkund, and cherries. Sprinkle rose syrup to give pichkari color effect. Kulfiwada is ready to serve.
