Ingredients For Plum cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. soak the dry fruits in rum for at least 15days before making the cake.
  • 2. cream the butter and sugar(both brown and breakfast sugar) together, till light and fluffy.
  • 3. Then gradually add in the eggs and the vanilla essence into the beaten butter and mix
  • 4. Now mix the cocoa powder, mixed spices and flour together
  • 5. Now add the dry ingredients and dry fruits into the mixture alternatively using the cut and fold method, pouring in the burnt caramel.
  • 6. Now pour the batter into a mould and put it to bake at 180 degree Celsius for 40- 45 minutes or till it attains a brown colour on top.
  • 7. Take out from oven then keep it on a cooling rack and Serve.
