Ingredients For Poha idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind poha in a blender. Transfer in a mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add curd and mix very well. Add rawa and salt.
  • 3. Maintain the consistency of the batter by adding sufficient water.
  • 4. Keep the batter aside for 40 minutes.
  • 5. Grease the cavities of the idli stand.
  • 6. After 40 minutes, mix the batter again and make sure rawa has absorbed the water.
  • 7. Add more water to adjust the consistency .
  • 8. Just before steaming add eno salt to the batter.
  • 9. Steam idlis in a steamer for 13-15 minutes on medium to high medium flame or until idlis are cooked properly.
  • 10. Poha idli is ready. Enjoy with sambhar and chutney.
