Methods
  • 1. Wash poha with water. Boil milk in a pan add poha and boil.
  • 2. When poha cooked completely. Add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Mix well.
  • 3. When the kheer thickens add some chopped nuts. Remove from heat and cool down. You can also keep it in fridge. Serve garnish with silver berq,chopped almonds and pistachios.
