1.
Take poha in a plate. Wash it and drain. Leave very little water so that the poha is soft.In a mixing bowl add poha spinach and grated paneer.

Add all spices, green chilli, onion and coriander leaves.The dough for tikki is ready.

Heat some oil in a kadai. Grease the hands and take small part of dough and make the shape of tikki.Drop the tikki in the hot oil. Fry all of them til golden.
4.
Once fry take out in a kitchen towal and place in a plate.u also make by shallow fry.
