Ingredients For Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly,add sugar and salt on soaked poha and mix gently.
  • 2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard , cumin seeds,hing and curry leaves.
  • 3. Further add onion ,chilli and saute well.
  • 4. Add poha and mix gently until everything is combined well.
  • 5. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the flavours are absorbed well.
  • 6. Also ad coriander and lemon juice. Mix gently.
  • 7. Finally, enjoy Kanda poha with some sev.
