  • 1. cut potatoes in halves
  • 2. heat ghee in a pan and add potatoes.
  • 3. shallow fry and add peas
  • 4. mix well and add half pack of manglorean ghee roast .shallow fry until it leaves ghee
  • 5. serve with rice or roti.
