Ingredients For Pumpkin Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate pumpkin and squeeze it tightly to remove its water and keep it aside.
  • 2. Take one pan and cook grated pumpkin until it gets soft and water is completely evaporated.
  • 3. Add milk and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Add condensed milk and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Remove it from the pan and keep aside in bowl. Add ghee in same pan on medium flame and add cardamom seeds.
  • 5. Saute for 30 seconds and add pumpkin mix and cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
