Methods
  • 1. First of all take pan,add ghee ..after heating roast ragi flour...Roast ragi aata on slow medium flame...
  • 2. another side,take pan add water and make chashni...after boiling switch off the flame .
  • 3. Now aata has roasted and ghee started leaving sides ,add chashni flame should be high...mix well properly..
  • 4. Now add nuts and mix well.when water dissolves in Ragi flour...then flame off...serves hot.n garnish with nuts...
