Ingredients For Rajasthani Lapsi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan and put ghee in to them,add broken wheat ( daliya) in to it and roast on medium flame until the daliya is golden.
  • 2. Mix water and jaggery in one side cooker and boil water
  • 3. When the water boils well add roasted porridge and mix well
  • 4. Now take 3 to 4 whistles in cooker
  • 5. Open the cooker when it is cold and add cardamom powder to hot lapsi
  • 6. Add chopped almond and pistachio
  • 7. Rajasthani Lapsi is ready.
